The base of our breathable coatings starts with a clay and ceramic-based suspension that is bound by non-VOC acrylic resins. Additionally, our antimicrobial won the 1996 Green Presidents Award for “Developing Safer Chemicals”. All together, are products are the safest, most durable coatings on the market today.
Reduce
Our formulas are concentrated to minimize packaging and transportation requirements.
Reuse
Our protective coatings are formulated for both new and existing structures (even when mold removal is needed). This means that the majority of the time, we are not replacing existing structural surfaces. In addition, we reuse all bulk shipping containers such as drums, totes and tanks.
Recycle
All bottles that we package in are 100% recyclable.
Re-Evaluate
Each property that has been Mold Proofed is
inspected annually. The culmination of the
inspections is known as a “Permanent
Property History Report™” which is similar
to a Carfax™ Vehicle History Report (but for
the home). And best of all, our Lifetime
Warranty is completely transferrable to
every future property owner.
